THE PROCESS

 

First you will need an initial appointment to assess your case and evaluate your mouth. The process includes a CAT scan of the patients jawbone, which provides a 3-D model that can be used to plan the implant placement without the patient being at the office. This allows an exact implant placement and less time for the patient in the office.

 

On the day of your actual surgery you will have any teeth extracted that need to be in order to fit your new arch. Then four implants will be placed in your jaw according to your initial evaluation. Next your abutments are fitted, which connect the implants to your replacement teeth and are fastened. Your replacement teeth will be placed and you would be ready to leave with your new set of teeth.
